We are a unique company providing RD's/CDE's to the home for diabetic and enteral patients. Our success in Chicago has pushed us to go national and we are looking for entrepeneural RD/CDE's that want flexibility and a six figure income.
We strive to "make a differednce " with each patient we serve. We are Medicare Certified, CHAP Accredited, company able to service patients nationally. We offer training, credentialing, and the opportunity to really help the diabetic and enteral population.
Our referrals come from doctors, hospitals, nurses, and home health agencies.We currently service over 6000 patients in Chicago in just three years.
