A Little About Tele-Medicine:
In April of this year the Ryan Haight Act passed through legislature. What this bill entailed was that a patient of Tele-Medicine must be seen once yearly and then can follow up with telephonic consultations. Prior to this Bill, patients were being treated by telephonic consultations only, which made it so that each Online Consultation Service was able to work with only one or two doctors. Once this Bill had taken effect, the OCS's needed physicians all over the nation, and a majority of the patients were left without a doctor. We are seeking physicians in each state so that they can fulfill the yearly face to face requirement.
Reimbursement includes $150 to $100 per in person visit and $55 to $35 per follow up phone consultation. This is paid to you either before the consult or at the time of the visit.
