RN Nurse Clinician - Providence Home Infusion Services
Who we need!
Providence Infusion and Pharmacy Services (PIPS) has a rewarding full-time, day shift opportunity for an RN Nurse Clinician. The RN Clinician provides direct nursing services and case management related to infusion therapy for patients in the home, clinic or alternate living site. This is accomplished through collaboration and coordination with the patient and/or caregiver, the physician, other health care providers and the payer. This position functions as a professional role model by demonstrating competency in all phases of the nursing process, collaborating with other health care workers to promote quality patient care, and acting as a resource for home care nursing staff for patients with infusion home care needs.. The function of the position actively incorporates the Mission and Vision of Providence Health System. Requirements:
Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program.
Experience: Graduate of accredited school of nursing; one year of experience in acute care nursing; home health or home infusion experience preferred.
Licenses/Certifications: Current Washington State Registered Nursing License; Current Washington State Driver's license and automobile (with insurance coverage); current CPR certification.
